This course shows a local collection kit - If you have a delivered kit it is different, primarily to allow for postage within a reasonable cost.

The delivered kit has pre weighed ingredients so no need to weigh anything but the egg (you need 50g which is approximately 1 medium egg). The quantities on the videos are twice the size of your kit , but you still get to make about 12 gingerbread men. You have Red, Black and white icings.
